Cikal Industrie is a manufacturing company specializing in screen printing services. Established in 2020 in Karanganyar, it offers clothing and uniform services for both personal and business needs, from t-shirts to company uniforms. The company focuses on timely delivery, friendly service, and high-quality results, with clear communication between both parties.

This is the first website created by Cikal Industrie, a company specializing in convection services. As the company grows, they need a website to showcase their services to potential clients and investors, helping to expand their customer base.

User and Audience
The intended users of this website are clients and investors, as its main goal is to provide more detailed and better information for potential clients and investors. However, clients who purchase units will still be served. The target audience includes users within the productive age range (15-64 years), including individuals, groups, and companies.
User Journey Map
During the research, I also conducted interviews with the CEO about the customers who use the company’s services. Based on this research, I visualized the findings using a user journey map to better understand customer expectations.
From the existing problems, we can conclude into one key subject, which leads to the appropriate question:
“How Might We provide personalized service to customers, clients, and investors?”
Sitemap
The sitemap for this website is kept simple. I created it to clearly outline what should be included in one view. This approach ensures that the website is developed from the same perspective as the client, even though the site is relatively small.
Design Element
Before moving on to the high-fidelity stage, I conducted research and created various design elements, including necessary assets like price lists, t-shirt colors, size charts, and homepage badges.
Design Decisions
I used the design elements I prepared earlier. Here’s how I applied these design elements.
Final Result
Once all design processes are complete, the next step is to meet with the client to ensure the design meets their expectations. I then make revisions on the spot, working together with the client.
Prototype - Live Design
Once all designs are approved by the client, the next step is to move into the development stage, which I handle solo. After about a week, the website development process becomes active.
Disclaimer
This project was developed as a one-time study case and has received client approval. The project was completed successfully and launched in 2022. After the launch, the project officially ended, and the hosting and domain were active for one year, between 2022 and 2023. However, you can still access the prototype version.
